hello, hello, we're at a place called...

first person to name the song and who sings it gets a prize...

so has anyone had vertigo? apparently that's one reason i could be feeling the way i do. i don't like it. not a bit. this whole spinnie thing has got to go. bending over and almost tipping over. it doesn't work for me. the whole thing where you lay down to feel better and the whole room is twirling...definitely not for me. not when i haven't been partaking of beverage anyway. and it takes like a month to get over? what the crap? i don't want to feel like this for another month. seriously.

seriously.

6 peeps have to say:

Vertigo? Is this what you have? I remember a friend had this a long time ago and it was horrible. What do you do for it? Stamp some more? Can you even stamp if the room is spinning? :( Get better soon! Sherri

Hey you,
This too shall pass. As will the selling of the house, school and catching up on grey's. (Melissa, get over there!! I've got to compare notes on last night's episode!)
Hang in there,
Sweetpea

Song is called Vertigo by U2

Hello, hello
I'm at a place called Vertigo
It's everything I wish I didn't know
Except you give me something
I can feel, feel

The night is full of holes
There's bullets ripping sky of ink with gold
They twinkle as the boys play rock and roll
They know that they can't dance - at least they know

I can't stand the beat
I'm asking for the check
Girl with crimson nails
It's Jesus 'round her neck
Swinging to the music Whoa
Swinging to the music Whoa

[CHORUS]

Shake it-
Just for-
Jumping in- yeah

All of this- all of this can be yours
All of this- all of this can be yours
All of this- all of this can be yours
Just give me what I want and no one gets hurt

Hello, hello
We're at a place called Vertigo
Lights go down and no one knows
That you give me something
I can feel your love teaching me
Ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh...
Your love is teaching me
Ahh-ahh-ahh-ahh
How to kneel, kneel

Hopefully now that the "song" is over, you'll feel better too!

I've heard, and I have no idea if it's really true, that something in nail polish can make certain people dizzy. Are you wearing nail polish? Just a thought. I get an occasional dizzy spell & I take something called mecclazine (sp?). I don't know that it does any good but, at least I feel like I'm doing something.

Vertigo- yes. I had it for about one year after the baby was born. Cause? Insane water retention, hormones and back pain. YES back pain. Seems I hurt myself while walking off my 90 pounds and pushing the stroller up hill every day. I had a knot in my upper back that extended into the muscles into my neck and head. I stopped walking up hill (only down hill now lol) and it deminished.
