15 peeps have to say:
I loved The Rescuers, but it scared me as a kid!!!!!!!!
When I was a little older my favorite movie was Savannah Smiles. I remember crying at the end of the movie everytime. I need to get this on Netflix for my kids. Thanks for the chance to win!!!

It was Savannah Smiles for me too (how funny is that ... I didn't think anyone else watched that movie) ... another was The Apple Dumpling Gang.

wow thats a hard one! me and my sisters used to watch movies and quote them soo much my mom would say why cant you learn school stuff that good! lol. I would have to say Beauty and the Beast.. I was a little older but I love that one! Sleeping Beauty too!
I totally loved "Escape to Witch Mountain"!!!
Since my childhood was a looooooonnngggg time ago - my fav movie was (and kinda still is) "The Wizard of Oz"!

When I was in a goofy mood, I loved the Secret Life of Henry Orient with Peter Sellers. When I wanted to cry my eyes out it was the Pride of the Yankees. I know that ages me. I rarely see blockbuster movies as it is and gravitate to little edgy one now.
Mine was definitely Dumbo and Bambi. I saw Bambi in the theatre when I was 5 - I think it was the first movie I saw on the big screen.
This is my all time fav--not only of my childhood, but my complete and total fav forever: The Wizard of Oz. I just love that movie and can watch it over and over again.
Thanks for sharing and I love your work. Janet B
Finally -- a contest I can enter. I never know the answers to your questions. My fav is Wizard of Oz.
Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang were my two all time favorite movies! I still enjoy watching them from time to time :)
Teresa
Hmmm, don't know if it's too late to enter by my favorite childhood movie was probably "The Jungle Book"... Imagine that...our little town had one drive in movie theater... and 40 years ago we were so poor, that we had no TV and of course VCR's were not even thought of!!! WOW... I'm old!!!

I really don't remember watching too many movies as a child other than Wizard of Oz. I have watched that movie so many times & still enjoy it.
I'm probably the OLDEST to respond! Wizard of Oz was one of our favorites too, but I will say "Old Yeller" that came out in 1957 when I was 3 years old. :)
Well I have had a few. One of my favorites was Cinderella. I still love that movie. I love the little chubby mouse in that movie, he was so cute!!! -Samantha
the big winner is teresa!!
