last friends cj entry...

i'm sad. this circle journal is complete. but i'm happy because i recieved mine back today!! it is amazing!! the ladies in this journal have done such a wonderful job!! i'll try and get some pictures of the whole journal scanned tonight or tomorrow.

but here is my last entry for sherri's journal. it will make the trip back to her today (sorry it's a few days late, sherri!). it's sort of a combination of a few of my previous entries for other cj's!!

and despite being 3 hours longer than expected today, my brother's surgery went ok. they had to do a lot more than they thought, but he is doing ok. thanks for the thoughts.

i'm spinning...

from all my circle journals!! but i'm loving it!! it's making me think WAY outside my comfort zone. i'm liking the things i come up with and hope the recipients will too!!!

here is the latest. this is the friend's circle journal i'm hosting. chelsea's journal is a 4 part journal. first we had to explain how we got into the stamping/papercrafting hobby. then we had to make an atc with a technique we like. we had to make a page with our favorite stamp companies and finally a page about tools we couldn't live without. here is my entry.

in my circle journal swap. i forgot to post this when i finished it. it was a hard one for me. we had to think of 6 things that make us wierd, unique, etc. i could only come up with 5!!! i really like how this layout turned out, though.

friends circle journal

i'm in a few circle journals at the moment, so i thought i'd post progress of them all. i've posted one of this swap before, but this layout was a little different. this is mary's journal and has now been sent on it's way. her instructions were to stamp what our favorite stamps are at the moment. the sign in page consists of tags for each of the participants. my picture is on the back of my tag. sorry about the sunny scan. i need to scan when the sun has gone down!!

friends circle journal...

i think the idea behind circle journals is cool. you create a journal, then pass it along to a group of people who all add in their own two cents worth. i can't wait to see what comes back!!! so i'm hosting a circle journal swap over at the stamp shack. i've never done a circle journal before, so what possesed me to do two at once? who knows. so i'm doing this one and then one on the bellaholics yahoo group site. the group from the shack is a great group so i know the finished journal will be cool. i used the new palatte o'prints patterened paper that is coming out from stampin' up! i wasn't thrilled with them at first, but now i love it!!
