happy...

if you've been following along at home (for some reason that phrase just makes me laugh!!), then you know that there is a new challenge blog in town. the {ippity} chicks have a blog,  chick challenges, where each week a new sketch will be posted.  you can participate in the sketch challenge and possibly win some {ippity} goodness.   pretty cool since there is a huge varitey of cute stamps to choose from!!  all week, the chick challenges blog has been hopping with great projects.

today is the debut of the first sketch challenge, cc01.  here's the card i made.

ink: purely pomegranate, pink pirouette, lucky limeade
embellishments: baker's twine

  • This challenge CC01 begins Thursday, October 6th @12:01am Eastern time and ends Wednesday, October 12th @ 11:59pm Eastern Time.
  • All {ippity} fans and {ippity} chicks are encouraged to join in, and just need to link up your entry to our Linky below.  You can link from your blog or any online gallery and must mention our "Chick Challenges {with ippity}" blog and/or include our challenge badge (it's at the top right corner of this blog) with a link back here.
  • Create any 'new' project (card, layout, altered items, etc.) based on the "Hot Chick's" sketch above, using ONLY {ippity} stamps. You can flip or turn the sketch to accommodate your creation.
  • One random entry will win the weekly prize provided by the "Hot Chick".
  • All entries will be considered for our "Featured Peeps" of the week (voted on by all of our {ippity} chicksand will be sent our super duper cute badge to display on their own blog!

Angie, this card is soooo cute! I love your colors and papers and what a great way to use those stamps...love this!

This turned out great! :) I didn't use a shaped card either...although you did have the shape inside. :)
