flair. for this week, i made a set of atcs. my list of swaps that i'm participating in is dwindling. i think after this, i only have two left. ack!! i love penguins, so i couldn't resist joining cindi's penguin swap! and this set was perfect! my friend, chris, gave us some of this cool stuff that can be used for snow. i added some to the ice. be sure and check out the other projects for fwf this week starting at the
