really really like...

a friend of mine recently celebrated a special event. she is a 4 year breast cancer survivor. so it warranted a card to honor kicking it's trash! i think this little good news bird is so cute! (i know...i think a lot of bird stamps are cute. but not all of them!)

it's funny how sometimes you can have something for a long time and not really notice it. then later you stumble across it and it speaks volumes to you.  i've had this {ippity} set for probably a a year.  yet i never really thought about this sentiment before.  i was looking for a stamp for a different card and i saw this one.  i love it!  i'm also starting to layer stamps more.  i think it's a cool look!  it's fun to experiment with different stamps and how they look layered.

have you discovered the cool background stamps that are only $6?  thoughts from the past is one of them.  such a great stamp.
